What would great beer be without great food? Flagstaff Brewing Company has developed a menu that is sure to whet everyone's appetitie. We offer a wide selection of interesting appetizers to get things started, including our famous Poutine, straight from Montreal. Freshly made salads (including our famous chipotle caesar salad) and soups round out the lighter fare. Our famous half-pound burgers are known for their surprising combinations of ingredients. The editors of Flagstaff Live! named The Stink Burger (topped with whole roasted garlic cloves, swiss cheese, and an onion ring) the best burger in town. To round out the menu, we have a wide selection of fresh grilled pizzas.
